Afrika-Dual is a project aimed at reducing the shortage of skilled workers in Germany while simultaneously improving career prospects in Africa. Its approach involves training young Africans in their home country according to the standards of the German dual apprenticeship system (IHK/PAL). Afrika-Dual operates as a non-profit limited liability company.

The goal is to reduce the number of boat refugees while simultaneously creating concrete career opportunities in Europe and in their home countries.
