PARTNERS
Chamber of Commerce, vocational colleges, churches, African educational institutions
So far, a concrete link between the individual actors is still missing. In addition to service and project management, Afrika Dual is also intended to serve as a networking platform for the participants.
On the German side, vocational colleges, Chambers of Industry and Commerce and Chambers of Crafts are worth mentioning, which act as multipliers and potential
Supporters are specifically addressed.
It doesn't matter whether new contacts and projects are initiated or existing projects are integrated into the network. Most of the time, you'll find open doors, but it takes people who take the time to actually open those open doors.
There is already a network of ongoing development cooperation projects that can be used as a starting point for Africa-Dual.
On the African side, it is the state educational institutions (secondary schools, universities and vocational schools) as well as the educational institutions run by the churches that function better than the state ones in many countries.

Student exchange
A true cultural exchange; bridges for the future
Getting to know each other and engaging in personal interaction are an important component of the training program. Proven solutions for financing and implementation already exist.
Erasmus programs for students and school cooperation, as well as public programs to promote internships abroad, can be used. What you see with your own eyes is better understood and more committed to it.
German schoolchildren and students, if they possess the appropriate skills, can also be involved in training in Africa. Welding courses taught by German technical college students have already proven successful. Numerous proven funding options are available.
Examples:
Engagement Global (state funds NRW)
Promotion of internships abroad
Erasmus projects for school cooperation (now also possible with partners outside the EU)
Student exchange projects with Erasmus and others.
Research collaborations. Through close collaboration with, for example, the University of Düsseldorf, numerous funding options are available.

Build networks
Education and migration must not become a business
Education is actually a human right and therefore must not be commercialized. To prevent this from happening, it is important to create a reputable non-commercial network.
Despite all the criticism, public education providers in Germany still clearly lead the way in terms of quality and credibility. Furthermore, they are freely accessible to everyone, regardless of their personal financial situation.
Additionally, its non-profit structure allows for access to public funding. As a non-commercial network, Afrika-Dual can ensure fair contractual conditions for all participants.
