Launch of the Africa-Dual project: the first stage in Madagascar

Our new Afrika-Dual project officially begins on October 6, 2025 – an education and training program that opens career opportunities for young people in Madagascar.

Phase 1: Preparation in Fianarantsoa

The project begins with the start of classes in Fianarantsoa. During the first ten months, participants receive intensive linguistic and cultural preparation for living and working in Germany.

Lessons include:

• German courses (with an emphasis on everyday and professional language)

• Intercultural Training : Living in Germany, Social Norms and Expectations

• Job-specific basic knowledge , depending on the area of further training

This phase aims to ensure that participants are as well prepared as possible, both linguistically and professionally, for this new phase of their lives.

Phase 2: Vocational training in Germany

After successfully completing the preparatory phase, students are admitted to a work-study program in Germany. This program combines theory and practice: trainees work in a company while attending classes at a vocational school.

We provide comprehensive support throughout this stage:

• We organize visas and travel documents ,

• support in finding accommodation ,

• and assistance with administrative procedures after arrival.

We are also available to trainees and training companies as contact persons throughout the training period - for organizational questions, language challenges or topics related to integration and everyday life.
